Resolving Work Stress
Meg traveled for work and was under constant pressure to make her sales quota. She gained extra weight and found no time for a healthy diet or exercise - except for running through the airport to catch a flight! With coaching, Meg found a path through the maze of seemingly conflicting choices. She addressed the underlying stress with Mele Living custom guided meditations, walks after her workday, and eating more healthfully in restaurants. Each week during our sessions, we explored what ideas worked and didn’t work and Meg made adjustments. By making small changes on a consistent basis, Meg was able to feel her own inner power shine through, and was well on her way toward a more healthy weight.
