Kevin had gained an extra 25 pounds and was “in a slump”. He wanted to feel more sexy and attractive and decided to try MeleLiving coaching because he had difficulty making continual and sustainable progress towards his health goals. Over the course of our six sessions Kevin felt empowered to make changes. He established a routine for himself, resulting in better sleep and more energy. He found fun ways to exercise more regularly and eat well. Within six weeks he already lost 10 pounds, had his routines back on track, and felt more alive and upbeat. He is continuing with coaching to lose the additional 15 pounds.
