Moving Homes with Ease
Peggy came to MeleLiving Coaching feeling stressed. She was moving to a new home while maintaining a full time job and caring for three kids. In coaching, I guided her in a regular weekly meditation practice to help to dissipate the anxiety she was feeling about the changes in her life. We customized her meditations to address her particular issues of the week and directed her thoughts toward the exciting, positive aspects of this new phase. Peggy reports that coaching helped her stay calm and accomplish more during her move.
