Ted is a healthy 89 year old man with a pacemaker and occasional heart problems. He actively manages an online business and enjoys interacting with customers, but he sometimes finds it stressful and he knows that it isn’t good for his heart. He scheduled live evening meditation sessions with Mele Living coaching. At the beginning of each session, Ted described his concerns for the upcoming days and we tailored the meditations to address them. Ted reported that on the days after he has his meditation sessions, he found flow in his work day and his interactions with customers were more engaging and fruitful. The reduced stress improved his heart condition and contributed towards healthier physical, mental, and emotional life.
